Guaranteed Minimum Pay + More
Our OTR drivers, on average, cover 2,800 miles per week. OTR drivers are paid a weekly minimum guarantee based on experience with an additional $0.70 a mile on the hub over 2,400 miles. Experienced drivers average $95,539 a year!
Local drivers have the opportunity to make on average $26.00 per hour ($27.00 Nights) for experienced drivers with options for a fixed or flexible schedule. With routes in the Fox Valley our local drivers are home daily and are able to take advantage of free time by working only half the year on a 2-2-3 schedule. Want to learn more? Take time for yourself while you’re out on the road. Plan ahead to pack healthy meals in your cab fridge, map your pull-out and park times to allow for plenty of shut-eye, and try to squeeze some healthy body movement in for exercise to support your mental and physical well-being!
