Home Daily + Opportunities for OT

Looking for flexibility? Our Local Truck Drivers follow a 2-2-3 fixed schedule, meaning you work half the year and you are home after every shift. Our Local truck drivers earn an average of $68,300* and full benefits. Our top 50% are averaging $78,425.00. Our drivers can obtain these numbers by taking advantage of paid time and half overtime opportunities.  O.T. is not mandatory and if you choose to work your base schedule you can expect to earn $60,840.00 per year utilizing the 2/2/3 work schedule only.

Home Daily with average base pay of 60,840.00 for drivers choosing not to work Overtime.  Our average driver on the Midwest Shuttle/Spotter platform is averaging $68,300.00 per week. Overtime is always available pushing some of shuttle and spotting drivers to over $90,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

  • Class A CDL driver’s license 
  • 1 year of Class A tractor trailer experience
  • Clean driving record
  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
